How long does shipping take?

Most orders process in 1–3 business days. Parcel deliveries often arrive in 3–10 business days after shipment; larger furniture may take 5–15 business days and can arrive in multiple boxes. See our Shipping Policy.

Do items require assembly?

Many products ship flat-packed and require simple assembly. Product pages note key details; tools and hardware are typically included.

What is your return policy?

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply for furniture. Damaged or defective items should be reported within 7 days. Full details: Return Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the carton, shipping label, and damage, then email support@ashnook.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help with a replacement, parts, or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we can usually update or cancel it.
